Hi, im working on a 1.3 16v Suzuki Jimny engine code M13A and was wandering if you guys have any idea or experience of the problem.

Car starts to splutter and stall after about 5 minutes, if you let it idle it will sort of idle ok but if you try and press the throttle it will splutter and eventualy stall. The rev counter jumps about when the revs dont change so sometimes it will when the rev counter is on 0.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks

g'day, have you checked out the crank angle sensor, thats all.
