The steering dampner is only there to smooth out the last bit of vibration. It is only a mask for any balancing or caster problems or problems with worn out bearings that may be there already.

You have replaced the bearings, but it looks like something else was the actual problem. The new bearings only held things still until they started to wear in. If you have not lifted the suspension enough to change the caster angle of the steering knuckles, I would check for a balance problem with the wheels/tires.

I have done 4in susp lift, have replace the castor, bcoz of the angle issue.
Done balancing before, it helps, but the problem still there.
I also have steering damper.
But the shudder exist even before I lift my ride.
How to check the steering rod joint?

"have replace the castor, bcoz of the angle issue"

Ok, how did you 'replace the castor'? And which angle issue?
Was the issue with the knuckle angle? Or was the issue with the pinion (u-joint) angle?

With any large lift, the only real way to address both angle issues is to cut and rotate the axle tubes at the knuckles and rotate the axle (leaving the knuckles at stock castor) up until the pinion (u-joint) angle is identical to the transfer case u-joint angle. Most folks overlook that because of the work involved.

When asking about the steering rod joint, Do you mean the u-joint at the firewall? Or the 'rag joint' at the steering box? Or the drag link that goes to the tie rod which connects the front tires together?

I don't know the correct term for it, the hole of stock castor bush is in the centre. once u lift, the angle will be shifted, so change to after market castor bush to correct it.

As for the axle, it seem real complicated.

for all the joints. u-joint, rag joint, drag joint

thanks

I will have to come up with a diagram to show the two proper angles you have to worry about during a lift. Give me a little time to draw something up.

As for the other 'joints'... Basically, grab the joint and shake it.
If it feels loose, replace it.
If it is torn, replace it.
If it is leaking excessive fluid, replace it.
