Radio Reception In 2005 Jimny / Sierra

Hi,

I have a 2005 Jimny/Sierra JLX

The reception that I get with my iPod using the iTrip LCD transmitter is terrible

Being thoroughly fed up with FM Transmitters anyway (the previous iTrip was thrown out the window after refusing to work for the 10th time on that fateful day), I would like to replace the stock Jimny head unit with an aftermarket unit with an AUX input

This is a leased vehicle so I am hesitant to go for one of the units that connect to the head units' CD changer controller cable - I dont really want to tear out the interior to do that install
