i have a 1.0L suzuki samurai/sierra which i recently destroyed the engine on. i have found a suzuki swift 1.3 L engine for next to nothing but i need to know if it will fit or not...i have heard of it being done.... can anyone help me

attached is a drawing the way my engine sits now , and a drawing of how the swift engine has to fit

i don't think that will work, because the way the drive train of te two are set up, motor HAS to go the same way as vehicle, also you need the transmission, the trany that wasbolted to the 1.0l is a oddball, only the 1.0 will bolt to it, if you want a 1.3l i would recomend findind one out of a samuai, you will also need hood or raise the body from the frame, just for your info, i've seen almost anything but in the place of the 1.0 but do your measuring
