4wd Bulb Flashing!

Hi there,

Can anyone help me out with my current problem in my 2002 Jimny JLX.
Shifting the 4wd selector into 4wd the 4wd warning light in the dash starts to blink and the car is not actvely shifting in 4wd!
The car is lightly used, mainly for commuting and 4wd is only selected on rare occassions.

ok...fixed
The tube leading from the intake manifold to the vacuum switch was cut thus preventing the valve from reaching the pressure required!!
