Help! Blaupunkt Cd player swallowed a Cd.

I tried to put on of my cds into the original Blaupunkt CD player in my ignis, but the player did not read it and came up cd error. After this the CD player has acted as though It does not have a CD in it. I can't get the CD out.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem, or get into the CD player of the Ignis?

Do you think that the Cd player is broken?
