replacing Blaupunkt head unit

Hi - I'm a newbie so please be patient

I understand that if I replace the head unit it will not be possible to change the time on the clock as a replacement stereo will not support this function but does anyone know if I will loose the time display altogether and how about the temperature and MPG.

Any help woiuld be much appreciated
