Ignis Sport - Rear seat removal

I am going to remove the rear seats, but before i go ahead is there anyone else who has done this.

Do the rear panels need removing for smooth appearence?
Does everything line up nicely, ie no step down from the rear seats to the boot.
Also does the carpet go under the rear seats or is it bare metal that would need carpeting?
