Adjustable Shocks

Hi , has anyone fitted adjustable shocks to the rear , if so please can you tell me make /part numbers , mine are leaking , so would like to replace them with adjustables.

just to update this , i now have adjustable shocks on the front and rear , avo on the rear with 275lbs springs on ,adjustable height and damping , leda custom made on the front with 350lbs springs on ,adjustable height damping and camber , will be testing car next friday , so fingers crossed all will go well
