ive seen the way you guys shoot the odds off at the yaris tsport all the time and us lot acctually like the IS :P so im giving you all the option to prove your selves!! so if you've got a point to prove get to santa pod on sunday 16th oct (this week) all us yaris tsport guys will be there. the challenge is laid down! although after seeing a silver IS run a 17.8 at japshow last week im not overly worried :P all though you guys should have a better 0-60 so it could be interesting

cheers guys

well you're not going to have much to worry about if ure hitting 139bhp with a yaris. A standard Yaris T-sport however would be more interesting in a race.

theres going to be about 10/12 yaris ts there + a couple of sr's

there's 3 higly modded ones + rest have airfilters + back boxes + a couple of standard ones, just thorght it would be cool against you guys as theres some v.v.v.v.nice ignis on here. i test drove one a few weeks back + handeling was superb (opposed to a standard Tsport )

i use the term "heavily" in the way of whats been done without turboing or fitment of a supercharger. e.g airfilter straight on the throttle body, decat, back box, lightened crank pully. fully stripped out.

so where did u get 140hp from? air filters, cat-back system etc would only get u 10-15hp. Stripping out the car will only make it lighter too. Wont give u more power just increase the power to weight ratio.

no couldn't get the charger to fit.

dunno mate :P thats what it dyno's at, straight after my mates at 125.6bhp? also the dyno guy commented that my car rev's mor than my friends. ts redline at 6200, mine goes up to 7000. makes me wonder if previous owner had ecu played with??? also the seal is broken on ecu so some one has been in.
