Hi Al,
Just got my Red Sport last week. 7 weeks old, pre registered, 8 delivery miles for less than £7K, i think it was a good deal.

anyhow. If you look at the body kit round the wheel arches, there is black liners in the arches front and back. However on mine on the rear wheel. If you look at the front edges of it, inside the arch, the black liner is only on the rear half of the wheel.
The front half is open and you can see the metal arch. This gap looks like it will hold a lot of mud and moisture.
Can any Sport owners tell me is yours like this? or am I missing something......

Thanks Folks

Jeff

I think that's pretty standard, if what you describe is the same as what I've seen. You'll just need to make sure you periodically clean it out if you take it offroad, as I do.

Yes, thanks it does seem normal, I've found one other and had a crafty feel.
