Hans66 I think I found the answer. You can install a ISO AMP MM from carsound.dk that amplifies the speaker signal (4x65w). This is not the best option when thinking in terms of signal/støj forhold, but hey, you get to keep the integrated look of the dashboard. The ISO AMP MM has a line in funtion so you could connect your mp3 ipod thing if you have one. It fits under the seat and according to the Brian behind the counter, any fool can install this in under half an hour. Pricey though at 2.299,....

...det lyder som en fornuftig løsning, men du har ret; det er en temmelig dyr løsning.

The stupid radio of Blaupunkt is something that made be wait for buying an Ignis...

If Suzuki made an Ignis without a radio (see attachment) there's a way to put in the universal console for "normal" radios?

you're right icebreakr, but it would be a shame to just throw out the blaupunkt tho' because it does look rather good as it's integrated and i do like the fact that it doesn't skip! i understand that's a problem with the factory built-in clarion in the ignis sport and i used to have the same problem with the phillips hu i my old corolla. it's a dilemma: do i leave it in only optimizing the speakers or do i replace the whole thing...
