I'm wondering if there's any big difference on these two engines, would I go wrong if I pick 1.3 on non 4x4 version? What is the real top speed you get in non 4x4 ignis, because factory numbers are riddicioulously low! Heck, I'm not buying a car that goes 165 with pedal-to-the-metal in year 2005....

1.5 2x4 is not available in our country (Slovenia) :-/ I also noticed black one Ignis 5-door in Austria salons that our local dealers just don't have....

nope! you're not the only ones. i drive a '05 1,5 2wd, but i wouldn't mind the IS. my version is a bit more spacious tho - and with wife and kids... well, just to let you know you are not the only ones. btw: how fast is the IS? the IS owners on this site seem pretty enthusiastic about their cars making clubs and so forth, maybe us regular guys should make our own club, hehe...

yeah, i've had no problems until now. it says about 6500 m on the meter so i haven't had it serviced yet. i'm quite impressed of the 0-60 time: 10,3 secs which is pretty good for a small standard car. it surprises quite a few people as it really doesn't look like a racer at all, hehe.
