Default Miata "daisy" wheels on 2001 Esteem Wagon

I just bought a 2001 Esteem wagon this week, and I was wondering if anyone has had success with putting Miata "daisy" wheels on an Esteem? I'm talking about bolt-on... no modifications, etc... I think anything would look nicer than the rusty original rims that are on it now.

Thanks very much!

I bought the car, not the wheels. Don't have wheels yet to try.

From a glance at the picture you posted, my guess is NO. Ask the seller what the PCD on the Miata wheels is, I'm guessing it's 4x114.3, I believe the Esteem is 4x100.

If the PCD is wrong it will not fit, if the PCD matches, you then need to confirm the offset, center hole, whether the wheels are hub centric or lug centric and brake caliper clearance, before going ahead.

fordem, I believe that the bolt circle is the same. The tire size is the same, 185-60-14. Your questions about offset, lug/center hole centric, etc. are what I don't know. These wheels seem to be fairly common and inexpensive, so I figured that someone else might have done this by now... or not.

Tire size doesn't matter, whether the stud holes are compatible is what matters.

I always measure from the center of one hole to the center of the one next to it, as long as these are exactly the same, and the holes are the same width the rims should fit your spindles.

I found that both use 12 mm studs, so that's checked off. The last thing is the offset, and I think it will work.
