Angry 1997 Esteem Transmission Sensor

I a have a 1997 Esteem automatic 1.6 i have been having problems with it for almost a year it started out with what we thought was a dirty fuel filter which we changed, when my dauther pulled up to a stop and the gave it gas the car would almost die then it would go after a few seconds this progressed to the point to where it would not go and got too dangerous to drive, we replaced every sensor on the top of the engine, plus plugs, wires, egr, fuel rail, injectors, took off and cleaned air intake to no avail, the motor runs fine now the problem i believe is a sensor on the transmission. When you put the car in gear forward or reverse it will move albeit in crawl or limp as a parts person stated but when you give it gas it just boggs down for lack of a better definition, the parts person told me it was more than likely the "Output Speed Sensor" which makes sense to me but it is a delaership only item and $130.00 non-returnable electrical part and i'am trying to get a warm fuzzy on this fix since i have dropped a bunch into this car to no avail. I tried to get a used one but nobody has a suzuki with a bad tranny to get one to try and they won't take a sensor off of a good tranny to sell to me at the salvage yards which i can't blame them

I'll look around for you. I have the same car. Never seemed to have a funner time blowing money to keep it running. But engine in this car is tough. I'll see if i can find you a sensor and get back to you on it.
