96 esteem code 400
I replaced cat converter on my 96 esteem and then 2 months maybe I get a check engine light and it is a code 400, it ran fine even though the check engine ligh is on but now it is surging when I slow down, say I'm doin 55 and have to stop, it surges a lot and sometimes it almost stalls when I get to a stop but then it takes off just fine. I know it has something to do with emissions but I checked the EGR valve and with a vac pump it held pressure just fine so I pulled it off and the tubes were clear as was the hole in the intake where it connects. What should I check next, when I replaced the catalytic converter it was clogged.
