Yes you can tell without having the rubber/tyres/tires on them. You will see the center hole is the correct size and the bolt pattern. From tirerack you can learn the offset is the same for both cars. Since they are both fourteen inch that covers everything.

The fact that vdub wheels fit Suzukis was explained to me by a recycler who sold wheels daily. Since I have both cars it was easy to verify and employ the dub rims on the Suzuki.
