Are the fuel injectors in a 1999 esteem 1.8l high impedance or low impedance??

Yes it should, if you test yours with an ohm meter the resistance readings you get will tell you, that FAQ had the resistance readings you should get.

anybody know what cc the stock injectors are??

This is the OEM part # for the Esteem 1.8 liter engine's fuel injectors: "15710-77EA0" I did a Google search on it but nothing I could find would give the CCs, maybe you will have better luck.

What I did find on it though is that the length of time that it will spray fuel is governed by the ECM.
