Default where to buy strut assembly in Manila/Cebu

Hi,

I have problems with the strut of my esteem 1997.

Any idea where I can buy brand new/surplus/second hand strut assembly?

In Manila or Cebu?

Thanks, I need it badly

Hi Rovelson!
I`m from manila so i get everything here. I believe i got my struts from FERNANDOS auto supply on aurora blvd (because it was a bit cheaper than the other stores i checked with). They`re listed in the yellow pages btw. They do cost new P3200-P3500 / piece. If you pm me your email address i will gladly send you a list of aftermarket/replacement suzuki suppliers in metro manila.

Or if you prefer to see the list i got it from, then get on the TSIKOT.YEHEY website and go to the Suzuki Forum and find and click on "Suzuki Esteem Wagon merged" (lots of info on locally available parts new and surplus and reconditioning), see p.11 for the list of stores.

It says that surplus struts from Evangelista st , Quiapo and Banawe st, Q.C. go for P800-P1.2k. I decided to have mine reconditioned at ZEE CARPLUS (check they`re website) for about P800/pc. Also try CRUVEN (also with a nice website) for reconditioning.

If i was in the U.S. i might check out any good deals on either a Monroe or KYB, but in the Philippines i would prefer the KYB`s because they have a generally good reputation here. I dont know what quality control is like for the Monroes over here. Just fyi, i have been doing ok for 2 yrs now with 2 reconditioned struts from zee carplus, and 2 KYB struts i bought new. Thanks for your e-mail and let me know how it goes.
