Belt Squeal when turning steering wheel

All right all,

I just finished changing out the alternator on my 2001 1.6L Esteem and now that its in when I turn the wheel it one of the belts squeals. While I was down there I also tightened the idler pulley but when I loosen it the noise doesn't go away...so I just need someone to confirm which pulley the problem is coming from

If it happens when you turn the steering wheel the first thing I would check is the power steering pulley.
