Default Blown Head Gasket ...again!

I had my engine repaired ...new Head kit, resurfaced block and head, the works!! 3months on ..same problem! Has anyone heard about Steel Seal ? Plan to use it after i replace the parts in the engine again.

Do not use those seal products they are temporary and will only serve to clog up the cooling system later. Find out why the engine overheated again. Often the head gasket is fixed but the cause of the overheat goes unnoticed.

I concur w/Isuzuzuki man!

And I doubt their claims as well.

There is a download somewhere on a Russian website for a PDF manual thing that only works well under Windows, on Linux it acts a bit odd but is still usable, it is copied from a 1995 manual but may still suit your needs.

I'm not sure what year you have but I have a website that covers how to remove the Timing Belt for the 99 Suzuki Esteem 1.6 liter engine, you will need to get at least get that far to remove the head although you will still need to remove the ignition and valve train assemblies.

http://home.comcast.net/~lj_robins/99suzuki/

Don't use that seal leak stuff, like someone else said it will fix your problem temporarily but will end up plugging up something else you don't want plugged up.
