Default Rattle Still There! Ugh

About a month ago, I posted a thread about a rattle in my car (somewhere). Well, I took it to a Suzuki dealer as well as a place that strictly does engines. Neither said that they heard the timing chain. I thought it WAS the chain. I hope they're right. I'm back at square one. It doesn't rattle all of the time. I just hear after it gets to normal operating temp, I've driven it a few times, and braking. I hear the noise and then it tapers off to nothing. Changed the serpentine belt and it smoothed it out a bit. This is really baffling me.

What year of car do you have and which engine 1.6 or 1.8 ?

Are you hearing a boingy-boingy-boingy-boingy-boingy noise as you are driving down the road or do you hear it also when the car is sitting still? One little quirk with this car is the radio antenna makes a boingy-boingy-boingy-boingy-boingy noise as you are driving down the road, pushing it in a couple inches / 40-50mm makes the noise go away.

It is probably not that since you only hear it after the engine has warmed up, that means that something has expanded and is touching something else or has widened out enough that it will now move.

Most of the stuff that ran rattle and move is in and around the intake manifold, there are brackets and holders all over the place in that area, check the alternator brackets as well. Also check your heat shroud that covers the upper part of the exhaust manifold, it is held on by a couple of nuts and bolts, if these have come loose or have fallen out the shroud will rattle all over the place.

The AC and PS pump/compressor brackets shouldn't be rattling they are held under tension from the drive belts, the ignition coils shouldn't be making any noise they are plastic and held to the spark plug(s) by a big rubber boot at the bottom.

Your passenger side engine mount has a big bolt that goes through a U shaped bracket, if the mount has worn out this could -possibly- be rattling but I doubt it. Check the power steering rack and see if something has fallen on top of it and become wedged or stuck somewhere.

This might be hard to find.

Make complete sense to me. Just drove it though. Will check it out in a few hours. I forgot, I have a 1.8 2000 model. Oh, do you know how to cut out the car's interference from my newly installed stereo?

You will have to get what is called an "RF Choke" it keeps ignition noises (in the electrical sense) from entering the radio through the power wire, any place that sells car stereos should carry them.
