1999 suzuki esteem fuel injection main relay

Hi guys I was searching the previous threads but I could not find answer to my problem. I have 1999 suzuki esteem and the fuel injection main relay is constantly clicking. Before starting to click I can hear strange noise like water flowing through a pipe. The engine is off and the key is not in the ignition. When I press the brake clicking stops. The car can start OK.

Before this started happening my battery was drained (I think that it was from the headlights) because when I charged the battery and connected the lights turned on (I don't know how that can happen by itself I think it was from my remote starter??? so I took it off)

Sorry if the post is confusing but I tried to put all the symptoms.
