What year and what engine size (1.6 or 1.8 liter)?

Does your engine have a distributor?

If it does not have a distributor how many ignition coils are mounted on the valve cover?

I'm sorry.
This is 1.6 (G16) engine, car is model 2000 (manufactured 1999).
Engine is with two ignition coils mounted on valve cover.
It looks like yours on web page.
I just get some pictures, I can email them to you.

Just FYI I bought the factory manuals for the 2002 Esteem, I'm sure it would be mostly the same for 2000-2002 Esteem with 1.8. I can scan any pages you need.
