well, the noise that I was hearing from the gear box , was four head screws that I found running loose in the side cover location . These four bolts retains the left case plate.In all there are five bolts, but as I said four got loose and their head were sheard by the fifth gear. Well ,Suzuki know s about this problem, as they issued a service bulletin for these five bolts to be replaced, due to fact that the thead lock cement was not enough to hold these bolts in place. These bolts could only hold in place after 48000 kilometers. Well at the moment my car is grounded until WHO knows when.Has any one came across the same problem?
