BTW which Esteem do you have the sedan, wagon or hatchback? And is it a 1.6 or 1.8? Forgive me, Im brushing up on Balenos again, after posting that link...I swear if I owned an Esteem Id debadge it and rebadge it with Baleno badges for that added WTF? factor...but then again nobody knows what an Esteem is either.

Hey, that car looks like it has some potential, exterior wise and I love the colour. Do you have a more recent pic?

Welcome to the forum.

So there's actually a difference between Baleno and Esteem other than the name?

I thought it was just marketed under different names in different countries.. Sort of like when they changed the name of the Toyota MR2 in France (MR deu = merde)

Hi Ouird,

I'm also new to the forums, and from Canada - I just purchased a used 2001 Suzuki Esteem GL Wagon ( Picking it up Friday ). I'm hoping to find lots of information on these little cars, and help if I run into any problems with them.
