Double DIN Cd players are becoming more common but my favorite is one that Kenwood makes. Sony makes a full touch screen where all it is is the screen which is kind of nice. You can order these direct from the manufacturer or go to a stereo shop or even best buy. If you want to do it off of the internet you could try Ebay or Overstock.com. Crutchfield.com is also a good place to look.
As for the fog lights most auto parts stores will have them you just need to figure out what size you want and get them and install them.
