I'm thinking to buy a MAG wheels soon and looking to convert my 12 inch RIM to 14 inch RIM. Is this possible?

I'm targeting a combination of 14 inch RIM w/ a 185/60 Tire.

What do you suggest about the Offset Value and PCD?

My ride is a 1995 Suzuki Every Joy Pop Limited model.

bro for 14" its possible but you should use low profile tires

175or180/50or55/r14
