Alto Body Kits?

hey there,

newbie here so be kind.
basically i have an R reg (1998) Alto and i've been told you can get body kits for them. i know ur probably all thinking "why bother?" but its my first car and i'm a model for another forum site and well my car stands out a bit like a sore thumb atm, so i would quite like to do something to it.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of anywhere you can actually get a body kit for it? cos i've ebayed it and googled it and am not having much luck!

Hi there!!

I'm from holland. In the early 90's suzuki sold a couple of altos with a body kit. It is called the suzuki alto fortissimo. I managed to get a body kit. I don't know if its only sold in the netherlands or also elsewhere.

as you probably know they are really hard to get.

what is probably the most easy solution, is to import one out of yapan or india.

Hi. I'm from India. You can get all sorts of body kits for the alto in india. The model in question is sold as the Maruti 800. I't's available in the 5 door version. You can get kits of your choice custom made here. I'm planning to convert my 5 door to a 3 door like the one in the pics. Can I get the rear window anywhere?

These are the various models the Alto Sold in India as the 800. Of course the first one was sold as a 4 door. The current alto is sold as the Alto and the previous one was sold as the Zen. The MR Wagon is now sold as the new Zen
