2003 aerio trouble code

2003 areio SX auto
quick history
2 months ago engine lite comes on, next day car dies.
pull main 15 amp fuse, blown, change out, all fixed clear code but taking off neg batt cable.
dies again a few weeks later, unable to read ECU. then to dealer says ECU is bad. 1K later new ECU seems fine.
yeaterday light comes on again car dies but starts again.
showing a P1709 code, throttle position sensor/transmission
also have a "pending code" ???
slugish on acceleration, TPS sounds like it may be out of spec or needs to be replaced and effects the down shifting of the tranny too.
Does anyone have the voltage specs idle or WOT voltage claibration procedure, I cant find it on the net anywhere.
