Default Alternator removal and ?

Can you remove the altinator from a 2002 aerosx with out removing engine? also ever had an altinator light came on but would go out at about 3000 rpm drove car home ran up on ramps next day to start to remove altinator. Moticed dattery light was out. checked out put was at 14.5V backed car of ramp drove about 5o miles start stop a few tiimes no problem thought might be loose conection but checked none found. next day drove about 15 to 20 miles battery light came on . now no voltage. ever had this happen? Any way origional question can alternator be removed wiith out removing engine? Thanks

its not easy but it can be done, you just need to get the p/s pump out of the way first. its a little tricky fishing it up but not impossible.
