Default new 06 aerio tires

Anyone have any luck not using the 195 55 r15 on there aerio. These tires are very expensive as you all know im sure. Also anyone in the colder climates have any luck putting snow tires on it for the winter. I live in new jersey now so i do not need the snow tires but will be moving to maine in january so i really think i am going to need snow tires up there.

Most tires this size are indeed expensive b/c they are low profile sport tires , but after an extensive search I found that General Tire has this size in an all-season for an unbelievable price . Are you ready ? I just bought a set on sale for $80Canadian/each ! And they are not low quality , having received high ratings especially in wet handling . Even though they are all-season , I wouldn't recommend them for deep snow , even though I plan to use them through winter up here in snowy Ontario . My friends have them on their Audis and VWs and are very happy , especially considering similar tires can cost between $150-$400/each . You can't go wrong .

HRCGuru, I'm in ontario - where did you get this deal? - I need to replace my Geolanders off my 2005 Aerio and the General All seasons look like a great alternative. Any help would be great. Thanks,

Try 205 50 r15. Works on mine without problems. You'll have more choices and a better price too. The tire size calculator comparison indicates a slightly higher speedometer reading, but that only helps keep you from speeding.
