cruise control problems

i have a 2007 aerio 5sp. When im crusing at 70mph the car starts bucking and the check engine light come on. Then when I turn the car off and re-start my car the check engine light goes off. Im sure its a sensor or a wrong programing. Anyone have this problem?



PS why does my car sound like it is falling apart when it is below 40 degress F outside. What I mean by that is the suspension makes horrible noises when I hit a bump.. sounds like a rubber glove streching.

Why speculate on any of those problems. Car is still under warranty, take it to the shop and let them fix it
