Suzuki Warranty

Hello,

I have an '03 Aerio with 72K miles. I'm the third owner. The transmission hesitates to shift from neutral to either drive or reverse. The shop manual says to replace the valve block in the transmission. What I was wondering, since this has a 7 yr/100 K power train warranty, is it probable that I could bring to Suzuki for attention (under warranty of course)? I have no service history or maintenance records.

Any input would appreciated....

First fluid change is spec'd at 100K so other than the 100 deductible you should be OK. Check your fluid level first obviously but if it is bad they will replace it.

$100 deductible for original manufacturer warranty work?
