Default 04 Aerio SX AWD Wagon experience @75k

To start I'm new to the forum, I use the car for work and drive allot of miles as a tech for Xerox and carry a boatload of parts in back. I purchased my aerio with 25k miles used in 05 and now have 75k. I think the car is great but not without fault. I'm writing this to show others owners a car that was purchased as a utility vehicle as opposed to the grocery getter. Used but not abused. Problems thus far, Some issues seem to be classic. To start the clock\Temp gage backlight is on sometimes and off at other times. If I tap on the console it will go on. When on in the daytime, it will go out if I turn headlights on. No big Deal! Keyfob remote stopped working (not the fob battery) Cars receiver is fine. I get a consistent chipping from the power steering pump pulley, at least I think its the pulley as it goes away when turning the car in motion and makes the chirping when sitting still. Sound like a cricket. Classic clunk from front suspension when on rough roads and speed bumps, it also squeaks like urethane bushings. Classic rear tire wear with the AWD. Had some aftermarket adjusters placed on the rear-end making a four wheel alignment possible. No issues with tire wear since the alignment at 55k. I get a low frequency hum in 4th under load just before it shifts up to 3rd around 35 to 40mph. Don't know what's going on their but think it has to do with the AWD being slightly under load and emanates from the rear drivetrain. This hasn't been any problem. Daytime driving lamps (headlights) introduce static on the AM radio on weak station, pull up one notch on the emergency brake solve this issue.
That's it! The car is great. AC and climate control, cruisecontrol, heated mirrors, wipers, rearwiper, foglights, engine and auto tranny work great!
This is a real world evaluation and I don't expect the car to be perfect, I've never owned a perfect car although my Honda prelude comes close.

Thankx for the report !
I have an 06 Aerio SX; with only 10K on it as it is my "weekend only" car; but already I can tell it is better quality than my Chevy Cobalt "work car"which goes over 125 K a year and I might add MUCH easier to maintain.
The noise you hear at around 43-47 MPH is the torque converter "locking up"...this is a normal function with the AWD.
I have no tire issues.
My MPG is around 28 MPG.
I wish the fuel economy was better but I think the AWD pulls it down;besides Suzuki is not known for producing high MPG cars. (My Cobalt gets 36MPG, which is why I drive it more than the SX)
