K&N air filter for 2003 SX

I've been looking for K&N air filter for 2003 and couldn't find it. I could find for 2002 though. Are 2003 and 2002 the same? My car has 80k miles. Can I change the oil to synthetic?

I also cant find one for my 1999 G.V with 2.5 engine. Maybe they only make them for certain engines?

I found someone in this forum or other forum mentioned about having 2004 K&N filter for his 2003 Aerio for stock air box.

I was able to find a k&n air filter for my 06 aerio at pep boys,and it was only 49.95 So far so good i love it its a lifetime guarentee u just have to wash it with the special cleaner every 10,000 miles. And as far as switching to synthetic I did at my first oil change now i have 50,000 miles and no problem. Any car can be switched to synthetic. Now once u get synthetic I dont believe u can go back to regular oil. But i love it i just get it changed every 6,000 miles but thats because I do most of my driving city during the work week.
