P0432 Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)

Hi all,
Anyone come across the Diagnostic code P0432 ? The "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light came on in my 2004 Aerio Sedan. Car seems to run great, but I did notice it was a little rough idling in the morning (I live in MN and it has been pretty cold lately).

From what I can find on the net, it maybe a bad oxygen sensor. Just curious if anyone else came across something similar.
