Since buying my Aerio Sx AWD new in June '05 with 30 kms. (now has 12,000) , I have had nothing but problems........

Had front right sway bar bushing come out of mounting bracket 4 times before it was finally repaired by replacing the bushings and brackets with new modified ones.

Had viscous coupling replaced for all-wheel drive. It was causing my gas pedal to vibrate so violently that my foot would go numb....and was partially responsible for my tire destruction.

Had 2 four wheel alignments to correct a factory alignment defect that was destroying the tires...and was eventually solved by having it aligned to revised specifications and installing a rear camber kit.

Had all 4 tires replaced as they were destroyed by all the defects.

Styrofoam on rear bumper has been detached since new and is floating around between the outer plastic and the actual metal bumper .......just getting around to having that defect fixed.

Had to tighten exhaust manifold heat sheild bolts that were loose from the factory because it was causing a "tinny" rattle.

Adjusted rubber hood stops because it would rattle loadly at idle.

Had passenger power door lock mechanism replaced because it failed.

My rims are now scratched and gouged from all the repair attempts. I have a horrible crunching noise from the front end when going over large bumps, and an ever present clunking noise too.I have taken cars too the wreckers that have given me less grief than this!!!!

Most of these repairs were fixed under warranty and are covered by TSB's (go to Suzuki Pitstop website for TSB info)......but suspect that has come to an end after I tried to get my money back thru CAMVAP....(Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration
Process) Canada's answer too American Lemon Law, Unfortunately the whole process is funded by the manufacturers who participate, this may be why I lost.......Suzuki got what they paid for.
