Hi Suzuki Owner
The dealerships are not the ones you should be approaching with this problem. Dealerships are instructed by the Regional Rep. What ever he says they do so the person you need to contact is the Regional Rep and better still Suzuki has a headquarters back East that has a national rep. I had his name in Canada but I will have to look for it. It will at least get the ball rolling and good luck.

Adjusting the rear toe to the new spec (2.6mm +/- 2mm) will fix the issue for sure. I'd recommend setting it as close the the minimum spec (0.6mm toe in) as possible.

Hi Tim
I had seen a TSB regarding a problem with Suzuki's repair/adjustement spec's for rear toe, but when I brought this to the dealers attention they told me it was only for AWD models. Do you know if this is true and where can I see the TSB online. Our car is front wheel drive only. I want to take our car to an alignment specialists and it would be helpful if I could pass on this information to them.

I've just replaced my back ones..... 42,000 miles.... (67,000 km..?)
front ones were replaced around 30,000 miles.... (48,000km )

I have found though that the Bridgestones are the best wearing....

Default Tire Wear

I bought my 2005 Aerio used (23,000 miles) in November 2006. Had 2 tires replaced in Jan 2007, 2 more in May 2007, and all 4 in November 2007. I have them rotated with every oil change. I was just told yesterday that I again need to have 2 tires replaced. I went with the orginal tire brand until last November. I bought 70,000 mile tires and have only put 13,500 miles on them. My Service people tried to tell me it was the way I was driving...Glad I'm not going crazy. I'll give them the info on the TSB (NHTSA #0211225) and see what they say then...

I had posted earlier on this tire issue. At 30,000 miles & 3 sets of tires (new adjustments at the dealer couple of times) I gave up and traded for a Ford.
