Good news. They accepted my best offer and I should get them in a week or two.

Received the rotors and pads. Rotors are definitely thick (thicker?) and seem good quality. Exactly like the auction details. Will be a bit until I swap them in though, the fronts brakes are holding up and until I really feel the need I'm just going to shelve the replacements.

Okay, so technically they aren't any 'better' (thicker) than whatever was on there from the manufacturer, aside from the holes drilled in them and maybe better pads. They do work and I'm pleased that I got such a good deal, even if they're only manufacturer equivalents.

05 06 07 Suzuki Reno Drilled Rotors Pads Front:eBay Motors (item 150332753907 end time Nov-10-09 18:36:18 PST)

Took me 3 hours total, which was mainly because I haven't jacked up a car in probably 15 years, nor have I ever used jack stands. The lugnuts were really on there but found something to use as a breaker bar. Needed that bar for the inner (2) 3/4" bolts for the caliper. The second took me literally 10 minutes to swap out once I figured this out.
