Exclamation strange poping noise ..need help please

i have a 04 for3nsa 5spd and every time i reverse out of a parking kspot and turn the wheel so far i hear a por and when i take off from a stop it pops or if i shif kinda rough and if in braking to a stom it will make the same popiing noise i looked a t every thing nothing is broken bent or signs of anything rubbing but when i brake from higher spees like 65 or faster my sterring whell shake .last of all my stering wheel is off set but i had an alignment done .it was fin for a bout a month but then it went back to the off set position

from what you're saying, I'd be looking at things like the motor mounts.

the motor mount that I've seen fail more often than others is the mount on the top of the transmission on the far left-side of the car...under the fusebox. Something you can do is have someone in the car (parking brake set) feathering the clutch to load up the motor (but not moving the car, since you'll want to be watching the motor). You watch the motor and especially the mounts for excessive movement. Obviously this is somewhat of a judgement call that requires some experience, but you can probably tell if ond of the mounts is really jumping around. The whole engine/transmission assembly will flex when it's loaded, but it should be just that: flexing...not jumping forward and backwards.
