Default 17x9

Someone I know is selling some cheap 17x9's.

Am I correct in assuming there is no way to get those fit on a Reno?

Not unless you do major fender work. If you get a really skinny tire it may not be too hard with fender flares. I was going with 17x9 255mm tires but when my house was robbed they were stolen. I decided I'd be better off with 17x8 235mm tires. That wide is just too wide....even on the track its hard to keep enough heat in them with our lighter cars.

Do you just mean it will be too wide and pop out the sides? Or it will it rub, you think?

You'd need at least 13mm spacers so it fit the inside and without longer bolts you couldn't safely do that. Oh and it'd extend a good 1.5" from the fenders. Bolts are damn expensive too. You'd be better off with a different wheel.

What wheels are these? 17x9 5zigen fn01r-c?

They are: Drifz Venom 506B

Drifz hardcore tools for the Street First ones on the page. (Not buying from that site though)

Set of 4, new for like $200. So that's why it is tempting.

I wouldn't try to put them on your car. Buy them and resell them.

So basically too much effort?

Alright, I guess I will just resell them. I knew it would be too good to be true for my own car. Bah.
