Im in the process of either getting Hawk perfomance pads, or a set on Green stuff pads, both are very good choices for a daily driven car. if you get to much a "racing" pad it will eat the hell out of your brand new rotors(meaning you will have to get rotors sooner).

Yep a full race pad eat through my rotors in less than 10k street miles and 200 track miles.

i had my slotted rotors zinc plated black, everything on the surface of the rotor will rub off, but the black zinc will stay on the base and in the slots so you don't get that gross rust look.

good find, make sure you buy your brake rotors from a place with a lifetime warranty, so they wont warp or crack on you. That 40 dollars more you could have spent would be alot cheaper than a whole new set of rotors and possibly a whole new car if you couldn't break. Quality parts are key.
