Don't those just screw on like normal tire valve caps?

If so I'll be amazed if they last more than a week. When I was a little kid I remember putting chrome valve stem caps on my parents cars (both cars) and 7 of them were gone within a month. lol

no it goes into the tire and comes out (replaces) the existing tire valve stem. a sensor sits inside the tireconected to the stem.

I never thought about buying new ones for my after market rims i just took the ones out of my OEM's because they will probably never see the car again unless i have a blow-out. with the tires i have i just ride it to the tire shop at 45mph if i have a flat. No snow in san antonio, ride rims all year long.
