Default Aluminum lug nuts?

Does anyone here use forged aluminum lugs nuts like the ones found on ebay? Are they safe?

I couldn't find ANY lug nuts and ANY of the five auto parts stores I went to this weekend. I know there are like 12 different thread patters out there but you would think that as long as the Reno has been out there they would carry lug nuts!

...weird all of the auto stores here have them. There are only two common lug sizes, our car uses one of them.

I have lugs for sale on eBay actually. They're blue tuner lugs. eBay link:
eBay Motors: BLUE MUTEKI WHEEL LUG NUTS 12x1.5 (item 110240184822 end time Apr-10-08 19:01:36 PDT)

I finally looked at Wal-Mart to see if they had them and according to their chart ALL Suzukis use the type E lug nut that is like you said 12mm x 1.5

But of COURSE they did not have any
