What tires?

What would be the best tires for these kind of rims?

The ones i want are 17x7

Thanks. Also is it tires that have that white circle thing around them or the rims? I forgot what its called.

Also im looking for tires that have a very small width..you know like it looks like the rim is almost touching the ground .

First off lemme say I'm impressed with your choice of wheel. Very very nice wheel...stronge, good looking, well known, and very very light (13.8lbs).

White circle thing? You mean white walled TIRES? its the tires usually...but I beleive these wheels have white letters on the lip.

The small tires on a wide wheel is called stretched tires. I recommend you look for at least a 7.5" wide wheel for that otherwise your going to have some pretty skinny tires to get that look. Tomorrow I'll take pictures of my wheels/tires for the street. Its a stretched look you want, and they're 205/40/17 on 17x7.5 wheel. I think to get the stretched look you'd wanna go with 185mm tires for a 7" wheel.

Do you have lowering springs on? If so whats the drop? If not do you plan on lowering springs? or maybe even coil-overs? If you dont plan on lowering the car much you can get 8" wide wheels with a nice wide 215tire and still have the stretched look you want.

Okay, I could go on for hours. Answer my questions as far as what you plan to do with the ride heith and such.

Also make sure they're the right bolt pattern and 4 lug. I did a quick search and didnt find any 17x7 in 4x114.3.

Thanks for the great description. You know how some new BMWs rims go in? Thats the style I'm looking for.

17x8 (11-16lb) and is 8 inch wide ok? I only plan to lower 1.5x1.25 with the Apex springs you sell. Will I be able to turn smooth with an 8inch wide?

Also what do you call it, low profile tires right? If so thats the kind of tires i want

I'm not really sure what you mean with the BMW wheels.

Well you wanna keep the same gear ratios and whatnot. How low profile do you want? With 17s that puts you at a 40series tire...which is pretty small but you could move up to 18s and use 35series tires which is even smaller.

If you get the right offset 8" should fit...but I dont know what the right offset would be as I havn't playied around with that wide yet. See if you can find 7.5" wide...I know they make them in the wheel your looking at but I dunno if they have them in the right bolt pattern. +45 is probably perfect for a 7.5" wheel
