I have a complete unused set that I got from 360 before they closed. Never did get a chance to use them because I don't have the Reno anymore. I'll sell them to anyone for cheap. Let me know.
As far as daily driving goes, you probably don't need them, even if lowered. As you lower strut-type suspension cars, you will inevitably get some negative camber (tops of tires point inward towards the center of the car). The camber bolts are a way for you to add some camber to keep the tires flatter on the road.
If you autocross your car, I would say that these are indespensable. From what I've seen on other Renos and Forenzas, lowering springs usually leave your car with about -.5 to -.7 degrees of negative camber. The bolts are good for an additional +/- 1.75 degrees of camber. If I had kept the Reno to autocross, I would have the alignment set at the full -1.75 degrees front and about -.5 degerees rear.
Why run so much negative camber? Mostly to prevent premature tire wear on the outside edge of the tire under hard cornering, usually worse on front tires than on rears.
