Interchangeable Parts

I know that the Optra/Daewoo/Nubira interchangeability
but what about other cars, for springs and struts? and other parts I know the oil filter is a very generic gm model.

looking for better parts for my reno and getting sick of searching and finding squat

Don't know about the suspension... it's still unknown. There are springs that are available. don't know about shocks yet. K&N has a replacement oil and air filter. A local member has recently found a lightweight flywheel swap. Chip has finally come out with a CAI and sway bars. All that is a good start for anybody.

temporalwar - I have been looking into the suspension for our car and have yet to have any luck. My main problem is finding pictures of other cars suspensions to see if there is even a chance. There are cars with the same suspension set up as ours, btu are built on different platforums or have different messurements that our car. Right now I am looking into the Honda Civic.
