I finally got the sway bar pricing for the anti-sway kits. The kit will retail for $319 and will include the following...
- Front and Rear Bars
- Urethane bushings and mounting brackets to mount in stock locations
- End links with hime joints (stronger than stock)
- Dark blue powder coat
- Full instructions
We are also considering pricing the bars separately in case anyone wants to buy just one or the other. Bars should be available by the beginning of March, with coilovers to follow shortly after. More information regarding the bars, cold air intakes, and coilovers will be available on our website next week. Thanks...
The bars are being bent and are set to arrive within the next 3 weeks! Ordering will be available through our website shortly. I'll get an exact date as we get closer.

PS...I put these on my Forenza the other day; BIG difference in body roll characteristics. We also have these on our Rally Reno, but it was hard to tell the impact as we have done many other suspension and chassis strengthening modifications as well.

This maybe a bit off topic, but when your team had the car apart, did your guys do a lot of seam welding to stiffen up the chassis? I know that having a welded on cage helps a bit, especially if you can weld diagonals and get some nice triangles. The reason I ask is I was reading something in a race car engineering magazine about an Acura Integra R (RSX) trying to break the 1 minute mark at Tsukuba. The car is being built by Jun Racing (big Honda tuner) and they are going as far as pouring some sort of epoxy/foam resin in the hollow parts of the chassis to stiffen it up. I wonder if anyone here was following that.

I've seen lots of different things on speed channel where they do that. Its usually on the shows where they build a busted car into a race car and compete against another team
That link that Audacity posted is a link to one of the baddest rally cars ever built outside of the WRC. Unfortunately, we haven't gotten to race against those guys yet, but we're looking forward to the day that we get to catch their WRX in action...
We didn't have the time to stitch weld the chassis, but this is definitely something we will do on our next car. We were under time pressure to get our car finished before the first race and didn't have the luxury of stripping it down to the bare sheet metal. Our cage has definitely stiffened the whole vehicle up, but more can be gained through seam welding. I have heard of similar actions to what the JUN guys are doing, and frankly if they are doing it, it must be good technique. Those guys are pros all around...
