Default Has Anybody

Has anybody else has this kind of fun yet. Yesterday i spent a good 2 hours debadging my car( most of the time working on the grille) last night i went down to where all the homeboys and their rides hang out to show off. I had a few people ask me in disbelieve if this was the 2008 Subaru Imprezza WRX. I replied no but still does anybody else ever get this. I mean our car doesnt' even have a big ole hood scoop in the front.

yea i was sitting in the kroger parking lot, and a guy in a prelude stop and asked if it was the new imprezza wrx. I just laughed and said i wish. i bet that made him feel pretty stupid, cause i still have the big "s" in my grill.

I do love that about these cars. When you roll up somewhere. Especially with mods, you get all sorts of people trying to figure out what you're driving. Some figure out it's a suzuki but other than Grand Vitara's not too many people know the suzuki Line up. It's a great feeling when something as simple as debadging can almost totally hide the identity of you're car.

I know! that's what i was thinking the whole time. Plus if you see a straight shot of the rear of the two cars they look very different. I just don't know how 2 different hatchbacks from 2 different schools of thought on design can be confused so often.

And the fronts are not even close. A cobalt maybe, or a Malibu, but not an Impreza

the center S in the rear has two holes. but there is a painted body piece behind it, so you dont need to worry about it...the holes are barely noticeable from a few feet away
